As a small business, at the moment we do not accept returns or offer refunds

Shipment Processing

Once your item(s) have been purchased, we quickly start to prepare your order. We aim to dispatch all orders within a 24-48 hour time period. Once your order has been dispatched, it is passed over to a courier and is no longer in control. Shipment times are based on an estimate and can take longer depending on external circumstances such as busy time periods. 

UK - 2-3 days shipment 

International - Varies between 1-2 weeks. 

All our delivery options both within and outside of the UK include tracked shipping.

Order Cancellation

Once your item(s) have been purchased, we quickly start to prepare your order. As a result, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been purchased via our website. This includes changing items in the order, the delivery option, delivery address or payment method. We kindly request that you purchase the correct item(s) to avoid any processing and logistic issues.

If you do happen to order the incorrect item, please send us an email within 5 minutes of purchasing your product so that we can try to resolve the problem. Do include your order number. Please be informed, we may not be able to resolve the issue if your product has already been processed after this time frame.

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct delivery address and name when ordering. TAZKIYAH is not held liable if an incorrect address is entered. In the case that the order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to intervene as it is out of our control. However, if your order happens to be rejected from the party living at the address you have provided and is returned back to us, you will be refunded for the item(s) you have purchased excluding the postage cost.

Wrong order/Defective item(s)

We ensure a thorough processing and quality check on all orders on all orders before dispatch. However, in the rare case that an error has occurred, we can offer an exchange or refund. 

You are eligible for an exchange/refund if:

1.The item(s) received is/are faulty - photos will have to be sent to us as proof. If you do not send a photo, we will not be able to help so please ensure that you fully understand this before purchasing.

2.The wrong item was sent out to you

In order to qualify for an exchange the item(s) received must be in the same condition that you received it. The item must be unworn, odour free and in the same condition, including being in its original packaging. Failure to meet these conditions may result in us returning the items back to you. 

It is important that you contact us the same day the item is received if your item is faulty, otherwise we cannot accept the return/refund. If you return an item without contacting us prior, the item will be returned back to you.

Please be informed, this condition is ONLY applicable to full priced items and does not extend to items on sale or clearance.

Clearance and Sales:

We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or items bought during promotional sales/seasons. All discounted items are final sales. 

Missed Deliveries

If you happen to miss the delivery, the courier is expected to leave a card notifying you on the delivery attempt which will include information for potential re-delivery. If for any reason the courier fails to provide the card, you can arrange re-delivery online using your tracking number. You can find your tracking number in the email sent to you from TAZKIYAH and initiate this process before reaching out to us for further assistance.

Should you fail to retrieve your package from the courier within a specified timeframe, it typically gets returned back to us. In such instances, we will reimburse you for the purchased items, excluding postage costs. Please note that we will not re-ship the item to you. It's important to be aware that failure to schedule a redelivery or failure to collect your item(s) from the courier may lead to the parcel being lost, and in such cases, we are not obligated to issue a refund.

Damaged/Lost parcels

TAZKIYAH is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please directly contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim and ensure to take clear photos. 

International Orders

Shipping costs vary depending on region and the weight of the item(s).

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. You can calculate shipping costs during the checkout process. 

International shipping orders may may be subject to additional customs fees, import duties and/or taxes. These charges will be based on the value of the goods you have purchased. Tazkiyah will not be held liable for any of these unexpected fees. We strongly advise that you research the customs laws and regulations for your country of residency online before placing an order with us.
