How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor the status of your shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. You can calculate shipping costs during the checkout process. 

International shipping orders may may be subject to additional customs fees, import duties and/or taxes. These charges will be based on the value of the goods you have purchased. Tazkiyah will not be held liable for any of these unexpected fees. We strongly advise that you research the customs laws and regulations for your country of residency online before placing an order with us.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it enters our processing system quickly. Therefore, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. We can only cancel an order within 5 minutes of purchasing as once an order is placed our team begin processing your order straight away. If you fail to cancel an order within this time-frame, your order will be processed and no changes can be made after that. Once an order has been placed it cannot be altered. We cannot change, swap or replace products once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

How should I wash my products?
We recommend using a gentle hand wash or selecting the delicate cycle on your washing machine to avoid damage. Keep the water temperature low to prevent shrinking. Wash abayas inside out to preserve its colour, and use a mesh laundry bag to prevent snagging. Dark colours should be washed separately.

Our clothing is crafted from high-quality materials which ensure durability and comfort. Full information about the materials used for each item is provided in the description of the product.

What size should I order?

Are your abayas customisable?

At the moment, we do not offer customisations.
